Carina De La Torre graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder Law School in May 2021. During her time at CU Law, Carina was a part of the Criminal Immigration Defense Clinic for over two years. After graduation, Carina worked as the Inaugural Racial Justice Clinical Fellow at the University of Colorado’s Clinical Program. In her fellowship Carina worked alongside CU’s nine clinicians to ensure that law students had access to racially just pedagogy and experiences.
As the daughter of Mexican immigrants, Carina is passionate about working with the immigrant community to improve their quality of life.
